About Me
I'm a licensed mental health therapist with a passion for helping teens and adults navigate the complexities of trauma, anxiety, and identity. Since beginning my work in the field with the Department of Human Services, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals through a variety of life challenges. My clinical training included working with teens on the Autism spectrum and LGBTQIA+ adults facing addiction, experiences that deepened my commitment to inclusive and affirming care.

Today, I specialize in treating conditions such as OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), PTSD, C-PTSD, and gender dysphoria. I have unique experiences that help to bridge the gap of understanding within the therapy space as someone who lives with OCD and also identifies as queer. Although I have not experienced everything they have, many clients find that they do not have to explain as much to me about these specific issues because I "get it".
I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with their sense of self. My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique journey.

My out-of-pocket rate is $165 with a sliding scale option down to $125 for those needing extra financial assistance. I can also provide superbills at the end of each month to provide to your insurance companies. I do not currently take insurance.
