Individual therapy for OCD, Trauma, and LGBTQIA+ Issues

My Approach

I provide personalized and compassionate care, tailored to meet the unique needs of each person or family seeking support.

I integrate evidence-based modalities such as ERP, EMDR, IFS, and somatic-based interventions to help decrease stress and activation, and help people become more aligned with their true, wise selves.

Meet Mac

My relationships with my clients are the most important parts of my work.

My humor and curiosity help me to connect to those in and out of the office, and I hope I get the chance to connect with you, too.
